You may get an admission in CSAB College. They do admission on the basis of cutoff declared by the NTA board. You will get an admission in last round but you have to find one college suitable for you from the list. If you give a college option where your rank is not in the range then that would be problem. 

So before applying do a proper research and apply you will get on for sure. If you have any reservation then that will be more helful for you get an admission.
