You need to tell us your rank, without that we won't be able to decide anything. however, just qualifying jee mains won't be enough. You need to scorre good. Also let us know your homestate aswell. That is also necessary.

Yes, if you have qualified JEE you can definitely get a college. If your score is not okay, it is difficult to get CSE in government colleges but you can go to one of the private colleges. It will be easier to get admission in the quota and they'll take you on the basis of your marks.
