Well if your rank in 10000 then you might not get any old IITS and in new IITS you have less chance to get any good branch.You might get Biotechnology in new IITS.

Yes you might get an IIT as seats are 10000 but cuttoff every year goes to 20k so you have a chance.IIT patna and guwahati are some chances for you.
