yes you can get. NIT campus will be tough as the maximum cutoff limit goes upto 2lakh. Your rank exceeds the maximum limit. still if you want then you can apply for campus like manipur, mizoram, arunanchal pradesh, srinagar, silchar.
apart from NIT campus, you can try for government engineering college located in your domicile state. You can use home state qouta.
You will get CSE or ECE branch in government campus.
