Sorry to say but no you wont get any college on these marks.

Try to give entrance exams held by other university like IPU CET.

Sorry but you can't get any good college with 13 marks in jee main. But of you are PWD (handicapped) candiadate than you can get NIT. If not than you cant get any good Colleges . It's very low score. Work hard and Try  next time again.

Not through your JEE score. But if you have applied for other exams like BITSAT, VITEE, and you do well in any of those, you'll still be able to get a seat in prestigious colleges like BITS, VIT etc.

U will definitely get NIT delhi.. surely you have best secured in jee mains... You are also eligible for jee advance you can expect IIT Bombay definitely if u go through the preparation like this..
All take it inversely you will not get college this year but you should take risk of next year..
