In jee main 2019  I got 55154 rank from obc quota can I get any government/affordable semi government College in Delhi ?

It would be much better if you could mention which exam you are talking about.

If you are referring to Jee mains then I would like to tell you that there is very less chance to get admission in reputed prestigious government colleges with this rank as per the previous years cutoff.

But there are many private colleges which take admission on the basis of jee mains marks.

Also you can get into some government colleges when you appear for counselling but it will not be as good as Nits or IIITs.

You can check previous years cutoff to get better idea.
