The cuttoffs of NITs is 97 percentile. If you are of home state then you can get NITs but that to lower branches like Biotechnology, Food etc.

You are not qualified for JEE ADVANCE. 

I would suggest you to look for other entrance exam or Colleges or you can drop a year and prepare well for next time.
