Hope it's quite clear for you also that you've not secured qualifying marks for JOSSA Counselling. Hence I'm very afraid to inform you that despite being candidate of OBC category, it's also too much difficult for you to get chances in the reputed Government colleges in Haryana with this percentile. You may try in top private Engineering colleges which're genuinely suitable as per your rank in this state.
