With your category  rank their might be some chance but that can't be said with 100% authority. Marks have risen and ranks havs eventually shuffled a lot. For a good government college even a score of 550 may fall short. Wait for the counseling to begin and see your state rank and then we can reach to any conclusion. Hope for the best.
