As far as rules are concerned, you are having the domicile of Haryana because of which you are not allowed to sit for counselling for government seats in state of Karnataka.

But you are eligible to take admission in private medical College seats of Karnataka.

I would recommend you to apply for private seat counselling at KEA for the counselling process.

You are allowed to take the benefits of 85% state quota government seats only for your domicile state.
