Since you are from a reserved category (obc),so you can appear for the councelling process on the basis of your category merit rank. Since you have bihar domicile so you do have chances of getting admission in nift patna.first make sure that you have registered for the councelling process.you can also register for the second and third councelling rounds .You might get a course of your preference .For more details browse the following link-http://www.design.careers360.com/articles/nift-cutoff
