My cmr is 3340 and my category mr is 2451, can I get a nift college for bdes?

You have not mentioned your category anywhere so I assume it to be general.
If I go by the previous year data then your chances of getting admission in any of the nift centre are mild.
Night conducts multiple rounds of councelling,you can register for the second and third rounds of councelling .
Hopefully then you might get a seat in any nift centre in the bdes program.
