There is no NIT in India which accepts the rank 65327 rank.The minimum rank for either female or male candidates for NIT admission is 30,000 through Jee mains. There is no other way to take admission in any NIT through jeemains low ranking.The minimum percentile of marks for NIT admission is 85-90 .Inthis percentile student can get The newly set up NITs for engineering course of study.

According to your category rank, you might get some lower NITs by the end of JoSAA counselling. Although, I am not sure if you would get one. However, sit in CSAB counselling because there you have a chance of getting colleges at lower ranks over there. CSAB counselling is done for vacant seats. It is conducted after JoSAA counselling. You have to apply over there separately. CSAB cutoffs vary a lot, so you cannot rely on it fully. But you should apply for it. CSAB counselling is 50% luck based.

Also, if you want to get a good college, you can consider taking a drop. If you are not very confident with that, go for private colleges and work hard over there.
