According to your category rank, you might get some lower NITs by the end of JoSAA counselling. Although, I am not sure if you would get one. However, sit in CSAB counselling because there you have a chance of getting colleges at lower ranks over there. CSAB counselling is done for vacant seats. It is conducted after JoSAA counselling. You have to apply over there separately. CSAB cutoffs vary a lot, so you cannot rely on it fully. But you should apply for it. CSAB counselling is 50% luck based.
Also, if you want to get a good college, you can consider taking a drop. If you are not very confident with that, go for private colleges and work hard over there.
