In simple words you can not get any nits in csab special round counselling. And if you cannot get nits then there is no chance for iiits. Even in lowest nits the highest cutoff CRL rank was around under 200000 for sc category candidates. And talking about gftis, then in gftis too, there are very low chances with this much crl rank, but can get gftis.
