There are 3 Categories of Private Medical Colleges. Category A is the Government Quota and for appearing for Counsellng of these seats you need to hold the domicile of this State. Here the fees is usually 8-10 lakhs. Category B is the Management Quota seats. These seats are also filled through State Counselling. The remaining seats are filled through direct Admissions by contacting the College directly provided the Candidate has registered for the respective State Counselling and has not been able to secure a seat in the Counselling. For this round, you necessarily needn't have the State's domicile. States like Himachal Pradesh, Telangana, Tamilnadu, Karnataka, etc open the Management Counselling rounds for other State Candidates as well. This is where the fees is 30,00,000 to 40,00,000 RS. Category C is NRI Quota and you cant apply for that. Now with a score of 350, you can get a Management Quota seat but you still have to participate in State Counselling for Management Quota seats.
