There are no scholarships in colleges based on class X marks.
However almost all states provide scholarships to meritious students and those who belong to special categories. You can avail these scholarships by heading to the respective websites and filling out the forms.
Also most colleges provide scholarships to needy students, you can contact the college administration for these scholarships.
