It would be difficult to tell you exactly about your chances of admission as the cutoff varies every year depending  on several factors such as the difficulty level of the exam, number of candidates appearing in the exam, etc. However, according to your rank, you might have chances of admission to CMC Ludhiana but for Clinical branches chances would be tough.
