And, yes there are good enough chances to get seat and the rank 980 has plenty of chances.  100%  chances for CAE Pusa because conversion rates are high for cutoffs below 11000 ranks. Definitely pursue a Bsc in agriculture. Agriculture Bsc students at COA Dumrao, MBAC Saharsa, BPs Purnea, and BAC Sabour should have a good chance. A certain proportion of seats are reserved for specific candidates from particular categories by the BCECE conducting authority. The Government of India has taken this action to make sure that candidates from different categories are given an opportunity as well.
