Hope you are doing well. All candidates, who have qualified in NEET and have a domicile of Himachal Pradesh are eligible to apply for 85% of state counselling.

But in these marks it is difficult for you to get government seat for bams but you can try for private bams college. The cutoff for bams is about 450-460 in himachal pradesh.

Although getting government seat depends upon various factors like number of students appeared in the exam, category, AIQ rank, state rank,etc.
