No you cannot get any government seat in Delhi Bams college at these marks. You didn't mention your category so I consider it to be general. You need 550+ marks to get into delhi Bams government college.
There are two colleges of BAMS in Delhi:

Ayurvedic Unani and Tibbia college
Charak BrahmPrakash Ayurved Sansthan

You should try next year and try to score above 600 for government college. Or try for private college
