You have not mentioned your state. Considering the cut off in 2019 for ST category under 15% AIQ it is difficult to get seat in BDS in government college with 250 marks. Minimum 430 or above marks are required to have decent chances of getting seat in BDS in government college. Take a look at the cut off marks in 2019 for few BDS colleges under 15% AIQ
