Getting placed in company requires a graduation irrespective of gpa, but at the same time for the job appropriate skills and knowledge will be checked according in selection. On the plus side you have good Elitmus score which will speed up your job selection process.

As you mentioned you have good score in the elitmus exam and taking into the consideration that company considers all profile irrespective of your graduation result and you will get the call and it's sometimes irrelevant for many companies to just consider graduation result and reject guys on the basis of their graduation.

You can definitely get a call from company, because now a days most of the companies search for skills and talent.
It doesn't matter what your total btech percentage is,  if you have relevant skills and talent you will definitely get a job.

It is not easy to state the possibility for a call from company, with this less percentage in B.Tech because there are several companies which consider B.Tech percentage as a criteria for hiring employees. 

But as you said you have good eLitmus marks, so it won't be that difficult for you to get a call. 

It just depends on the company criteria. And changes from company to company.
