Rahul, if you want to study MBA after B.Com, you need to appear for CAT. CAT is an online entrance examination for admission to MBA and PGDM programmes in all the 20 IIMs and almost as many as 1000 participating institutions. Now if you want to get into MICA, you will have to appear for MICAT which is the entrance exam for admission to MICA. Apart from MICAT, your CAT/XAT/GMAT scores are also accepted. Once you have decided to apply for MICA, you should submit your CAT/GMAT scores while filling in the application form. Now, you can just enter XAT registration details and the results will be pulled up from XLRI. And the candidates who have been shortlisted based on their CAT/XAT/GMAT/MICAT scores, shall appear for Group Exercise and Personal Interview.

Now Candidates who appear for MICAT are shortlisted based on their Psychometric test. This section is a qualifier. Once Candidates are shortlisted based on this section, their relative CAT/XAT/GMAT score will be assessed. Candidates who score minimum cut off are assessed. After you have completed your B.Com (//B.Com) course, you can definitely apply for CAT exam.
To get admission in MICA, you have to answer MICAT which is an institute entrance exam. On the official website, register for MICAT. After filling the form, you have to pay the fees online and print the registration form.
