The exact prediction would be difficult regarding your admission possibilities based on your percentile. As you know with this percentile the chances seems less to get a seat in NITs, IIITs & GFTIs.

You can try for the state level counselling for Government & Private colleges. I would also suggest you to appear for JEE Main April Session 2020 which application form is expected to start from 7th February, 2020.

Yes you can. Many private colleges has their own entrance examination eg BITSAT, VITJEE LPU NEST etc. If you are able to score well in them then you stand a chance to get scholarship too.  Since you had your basic preparation done for JEE mains you only need to revise what you had learnt and appear for these exams.
