The cutoff for CSE in MBM was 100 for general category students last year. So, if I go by this then you cannot get CSE with this rank. You are eligible for every other branch that MBM is providing. Having said that, I will also say that the cutoffs vary every year depending on the number of candidates, their rank, the number of seats available, etc. So you can certainly try for MBM this year because 118 is indeed a very good rank.
