Admission in any college though mop up round totally depends upon the availability in seats in respective college, it's basically around to windup all the seats and finish the counselling. Once you are allotted a seat in mop up round, you can't leave it. You have to take admission in it. It is the offline process of seat allotment by respective state authorities against reverted seats from All India quota.
