It is really difficult to predict cut off for a particular course or for a particular college since it keeps on changing every year. Cut off usually depends on number of seats left, number of students appeared for exam, difficulty level of exam etc. According to previous year's cut off trends for BAMS in DY Patil Pune, candidates from general category required minimum 50th percentile to qualify which might be around 350-380+ marks. Since you have not mentioned your category I have considered that you belong to general category. However you can still try in other private colleges or you can try through management quota, there might be few chances of your admission in BAMS
