No, actually this is my personal experience.......you cannot ace chemistry to the level of a competitive examination just by learning the topics through etoos lectures or akash video packages etc.

Reason: you need a live, mortal human to sort your problems out when you get stuck. You can understand the concepts but very often you will tumble, get stuck and fall while studying a chapter, and you need a teacher around you to solve that problem, clarify your problem and then only you can move on to next level.

Most importantly you cannot ignore this because else problems and doubts will stay piled up and at the end you will be dragging yourself under the load without having any positivity and enthusiasm left.

JEE Mains is a screening level of an exam which involves basic concepts related to all the various topics of Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. It is advised that the best way to complete your entire JEE Main preparation is a thorough reading of every single line of the respective NCERT.

But with the online revolution taking place from last 3-4 years, I would suggest you to take advantage of the video lectures on Youtube by various experienced teachers. It will help you to understand things yourself so that you don't have to go for coaching classes whose only concern is money and not education. In this way, you can also get ample time for self-study which is the best mode of preparation for JEE Mains. Irrespective of every kind of advantage, I would still suggest you not to go with merely the video lectures.

According to me, the best way of JEE Main preparation considering the present scenario is by combining the NCERT study offline along online study sources platform like Youtube etc. Video lectures will help you in understanding the overall concepts involved in a particular topic while the NCERT study will keep you informed about the depth of the topic. With the online video lectures, there is an additional advantage of the flexibility. You can also review the topics with the short revision videos anywhere on the go. Moreover, some of the teachers in video lectures also boost your confidence and take your self-belief to another level.

I am answering this question based on my experience chemistry was my favorite subject and I scored highest marks in chemistry only in jee main.According to me a video lecture can clear your concept because in video lecture topics are described in a manner you can understand .But do you they cover each and every point ,do you think a teacher can teach every thing .

According to me no dear there is no teacher who can make you learn everything . student have to self study for scoring good marks and book is only the best way.For jee mains chemistry specially NCERT is main,read each and every line of ncert  thoroughly for scoring good marks in jee .
