Yes, based on your 12th percentage, direct admission to B.Sc. Radiology is possible particularly in private colleges or deemed universities. yes I mean ofcourse you can get some private or government colleges admission with just 12th percentage and some may need to give entrance exams, now for good you can choose a college with say good labs, internships and placement support, hope you get idea brother.
