G Narayanamma is an engineering colleges for only girls and for local  Oc candidate should get less than 5000 and you are saying that you are a non local . For non local ther is only 15% of reservation you are obc  and in my view the chances are very less better you contact college and try for management seat or you can try for another college . There are so many best colleges in Hyderabad you can choose them . All the best.
