Hello Aspirant,

No, I don't think you stand a chance for getting a free seat as for getting a free seat, most probably, you should have a rank in between 4000 to 6000.

I am telling you this on the basis of previous year's statistics but if this year's cutoff gets low, you might have a chance of getting a seat.

I suggest you to have a plan B or a backup plan if you do not get a free seat.
