Hey Diya.

The cut off for admission in Government Medical College, Amritsar under the State quota for the general category in the previous year 2018 was a rank of 13969 and a score of 523 marks. The cut off changes each year due to several factors. But still, on considering your rank which is  14,450 you seem to have a fair chance for admission in Government Medical College, Amritsar. If by any chance not this college, chances in Faridkot college is even more.
