Honestly, as per what I have seen, getting a good job does not really ask for your 12th percentage. Rather I should say that it does not really give much importance to your scores in 12th boards. Eventually what matters is your confidence, communication skills (soft skills especially), knowledge and experiences. Walk to/on the path of self-development, and you will definitely grab a job after your MBA, especially when you are determined enough to work hard (rather smart) and do well in your graduation and post-graduation (MBA) years.
