Hello

Sorry to say u cannot get a good nit seat

As the competition is cutthroat nowadays.

It's highly unlikely for you to get a good nit

Try attending counseling

But nits and IIITs are very difficult to get with your rank

Anyway better luck and try for state colleges

Hi prithviraj,
I regret to inform you that with such a low score even you have obc category though you cannot get admission into any prestigious college of engineering like top nits or iiits.
In all top nits obc closing rank ends up atmost with 15k rank.
But if you just need nit tag then yes you can get seat into northeast nits.
But still you cannot option for your desired branch .

Hello,
It will be difficult to get good branch in any NIT as your rank is too high. However you might opt for less sough out branches like chemical technology/ Textile engineering etc in newer NITs. Also you can opt for private colleges and state government colleges.
