Hello aspirant,
Hope you are doing well. Your expected rank is in between 401337- 471487. As the number of students appeared in the exam is highest in Maharashtra and uttar pradesh. Therefore their cutoff remains high .
The cutoff for government bhms for obc category in state quota is around 450- 460 and for semi government seat state quota is around 430 -440.

You have quite chance of getting semi government seat.
