You haven't mentioned your category. I assume you are from general category. 470 is not a such great marks in neet if we see the cut off pattern of last 2-3years. At this marks you have almost no chance to get a government mbbs colleges in general category. You should aim to score more than 550+ marks which will increase your chances of getting govt college.
There are very low chances in private medical colleges also at this marks. So try to score maximum marks as you can.
