Dear aspirant, I am sorry but it is not possible to get admission in government medical College in any way. Firstly, your score is really low and very unlikely to get a seat in government medical College. Secondly you cannot apply for admission in other's state colleges if you don't have a domicile certificate of that state or until you have done your 10th and 12th class from there.
