Dear aspirant

Your score is very low in NEET2020 and it's very tough to get you any government college of any courses through neet at this low score. You haven't mentioned your category so I will be assuming you are general category students. So if you belong to gen category students then you have almost no chance of getting BAMS government colleges in bihar state counseling. The expected cut off marks for general is almost 460-480+ this year.

You might get Private BAMS colleges at your marks you can try for that. If you fall on sc category then you might have little chances.
