I hope you are doing well,sorry to say that you can not get admission in government BAMS college.According to the previous year the cutoff of different categories are given below for BAMS Course:-

For general category it was 450+

For OBC category it was 380+

For SC category it was 350+

And for ST category it was 320+

As you mentioned that your marks is 310,So you have no chances of getting admission in Government BAMS college, But you can get admission in private BAMS college easily.
