As per your marks that you have mentioned you have fair chances of getting seat in government college under state quota as last year least marks to secure a seat in government college with bca quota was 402 marks in post graduate institute of medical sciences,Rohtak . Remember that Cutoff varies every year depending on the number of students appearing in the exam, difficulty level of the exam, number of students scoring more than you and your category .
