You have moderate chances of getting a govt college with these marks. As you know the level of competition for neet is very high you have to work a little harder for a govt college. Though the seat allotment varies from state to state you might surely get one under private college.

The remaining 15% seats in these colleges are open for All India candidates and based on your marks, you have less chances for admission to AIQ and state quota seats.
