At a neet score of 518  you have less chances at government institutions through all india quota as cutoff is around 550+ and also as the cutoff have increased significantly this year.

you can still apply for state quota seats(you have chances at state quota government seats) , private college and deemed institutions. you will be eligible only for open seats to all under private institutions to all states. however the fee is around 10-20 lakhs per annum.
