As per the previous year cutoff trends, here are some colleges under ICAR you can consider - 

• Rani Laxmi Bai Central agricultural university - OBC cutoff score - 183
• Nagaland University, Sasard - 385

All the other cutoff scores of colleges are around 400 and above. However, cutoffs change every year but differ only slightly. Keep a track of the cutoffs but also look for other colleges to keep your options open.
