See there is no 100% accurate method to calculate rank from percentile but if we go through previous years trends than on such percentile your rank is expected in the range of 15,000 – 19,000. Note that this is not your exact rank because it might have slight variations to the actual rank.

On such rank and category it's quite difficult to get seat in ICT Mumbai throught MHT CET Counselling because if we go through las t year's data then it shows that last year the closing rank for ICT Mumbai was 4459 for B.Tech Fibres and Textiles Processing Technology.
