If I am right then you are talking about 90 percentile and not 90%, so if it is 90 percentile then your marks would be 68-75 in jee main ,you can find your approximate marks in the career360 rank vs marks predicter. 

Now the previous year cutoffs in ICT is as follows:

Chemical dept.=180+

Pharma tech=140+

Foods and polymer=130+

Oil,textiles,Dyes=110+

So according to these cutoffs I see you not fetching your dream college (I.e. ICT) with your jee main score. 

If you have passion towards chemical engineering than you can go for a drop as ICT is one of the best college for chemical engineering in the country

According to the previous years cut offs ; it is difficult to get ICT mumbai .

Only chances is to get dyestuff technology or fibre and textile processing technology.

I would suggest you to look for previous years cut offs ( given in marks ) because percentile system is adopted this year and have a reference .
