If we go by previous year cutoff data, then definitely with the rank of 13,640 you can get admission in IHM Hyderabad, as the last rank which got admission under OBC category in IHM Hyderabad last year was 15,631. However note that the previous year data will change as the number of seats, the number of aspirants and other factors change year on year. Nonetheless, you stand a good chance.
