Dear candidate, getting into IIT in just one month is very very hard. The competition level is insane. Students give their 2-4 years for IIT and even after that many of them end up not getting to top IITs.

Coming back to your question. You can clear JEE MAINS by 1 month preparation and that too if you have exceptional thinking and problem solving abilities. Getting to IIT you need to get your rank under 10k in JEE ADVANCED, thats not easy! Before that to be eligible for JEE ADVANCED you should be among 2.5 lakh candidates who cleared JEE MAINS.

If you are for sure you want to get into IIT you can start preparing today and give your best. You still have around 6 months for JEE ADVANCED but before that you should think about JEE MAINS.
