Assuming that you are a general category student, it will be very tough, almost impossible for you to get admission in any IIT, old or new. As for NITs, even there the chances are very low butyou might be able to get some branch in NITs like Srinagar, Manipur, Nagaland, Sikkim, etc though it will depend hugely on the discipline you are opting for.

According to your score you have a very slim chances of getting a good college if  you belong to general category but if  you belong to any reserve category than you might have chance. But it also depends upon the branch in which you want to take admission and also on the no. Of candidates applying for the admission.
