Dear Sir / Ma'm, you can get admission to any MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BUMS, veterinary and all the other government or private colleges concerned with medical line on the basis of your NEET All India score only. You just need to qualify your boards with a minimum aggregate of 50% in physics, chemistry and biology if you are an unreserved and 40% if a resrved category candidate.
