But apart from this, you also need to qualify their eligibility criteria:

• Students who are born on or after October 1, 1992, are eligible to apply. Candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST) and Persons with Disabilities (PWD) have been given a relaxation of 5 years.
• Aspiring candidates should have appeared for the Class XII (or equivalent) examination for the first time in either 2016 or 2017.
• The candidates must have secured at least 75% marks or be in the top 20 percentile in the 12th Class Examination conducted by respective boards. For SC/ST students, there shall be a relaxation of 5% in this criterion.
• Aadhar card is mandatory for all the Indian citizens who are taking JEE.

Yes, with your percentile you do have a chance of getting into IIIT-H, but would you be able to specify your rank in the comments below? IIITs ranks close off at 33K and normally don't go above that so, you have a chance of getting Cse at an IIIT, but I'd be able to help you more if I knew what your rank is.

Talking regarding the general category you are having chances getting the IIIT Hyderabad as the cut ofd changes eveey year and it remains between 99.4 to 100 percentile for general students.

So you are having good chances of getting cse at IIIT hyderabad.
